  • Johoty’s precision products have complex curve surfaces, bevel, spiral, shapes, sizes and dimensions, which are mainly produced by our five-axis CNC and six-axis CNC.
  •  Five-axis CNC.   Position accuracy is 8um, re-position accuracy is 5um. Moving stroke: axes X is ≥2440mm, axes Y is ≥1200mm, axes Z is ≥750mm, axes A is ±100°, axes C is ±225°.

  • Moving speed, axes X is 26m/min, Y is 60m/mi, Z is ≥15m/mi. Proficient in spatial surface, irregular shape, hollow, punching, drilling, cutting, etc.

Bevels.    Are sloping edges between two main surfaces on 2 precision products, that help improve wear resistance, safety and aesthetics, they can prevent sharp edges from injury. Our precision products have bevels to prevent our customers from scrape.

Chamfer.    it is always at 45° between two right-angled surfaces of the same part, it can remove sharp 90° edges from precision parts, and prevent injury during processing. Also protects the corners from damage, thereby improving the overall integrity. Also, our precision products have chamfer to avoid any potential damage.

Curve surface.   For some customers, they may encounter some poor accuracy on surface or inner wall, it is rough a bit or has knife marks, which will result in precision products don’t run smoothly. It doesn’t happen with our machines of five-axis CNC and six-axis CNC.

Roughness

In general, the surface is Ra0.8, which can see a polishing mark. inner wall is Ra0.2, which can’t see any polishing mark. Dark Gloss is Ra0.1, Glossy is Ra0.05, Mirror Gloss is Ra0.025, Matte Mirror is Ra0.012, Mirror is Ra0.006.

Hardness

  • The ability to resist pressing a hard object into a precision product surface, the higher the hardness, the better the wear resistance.
  • Brinell hardness, is the ratio of load to indentation area, the load is press 3000kg onto precision products surface by a ball Φ10mm, it is suitable for HB >450kg/mm2.
  • Rockwell hardness.  When HB <450kg/mm2 or sample is very small, press a diamond cone with 120% angle onto precision products surface,

Corrosion resistance

  • For example, BeCu hardness is 200~250HV before quench, will change to be ≥36-42HRC after quench,
  • Corrosion resistance speed of BeCu in seawater is (1.1~1.4)x10-2mm/year, Corrosion depth is  (10.9~13.8)x10-3mm/year,
